Description:
A solo performance by Kaya Margaret Melville Anderson, 91 year old Doyenne of the Roy Hart Theatre, inspired by  “The Bacchae” by Euripides.

Kaya performs seven different characters:  the baby Dionysos, a Narrator, King Pentheus,  Dionysos, a Bull, a Herdsman, a  singing Bacchante, and finally, Kaya, who, as a pupil of Alfred Wolfsohn and of Roy Hart, learned to sing the Extended Human Voice as a way to deeper self-knowledge and to  the musical expression of the Human Soul.
