Annual General Meeting 2025

The Annual General Meeting 2025 will take place on Sunday, 5 October 2025 at 3 p.m. Central European Time (CET). An information and sharing meeting will be held on 26 September at 6:00 p.m. (CET) prior to the General Meeting.

In accordance with the statutes, only those Active Members (MAC) and Associate Members (MAS) who have paid their membership dues for the year 2026 are eligible to vote. Other members (Ordinary…) can assist without voting.
