Workshop Description:
Biodynamic massages and the Roy Hart Theatre vocal approach will be put in the service of singing.
In the morning, with Rowena, you will practice and receive specific massages to expand your inner space, improve your flexibility and muscle tonus, therefore your vibratory capacity, by clearing up the physical, emotional and mental discordances which may limit your voice, expression and creative imagination.
In the afternoon, with Nadine, a work on the breath as well as collective and individual vocal explorations will allow you to discover/develop the multiple colours of your voice and use them in improvised singing and songs of your choice.
No experience of singing, music or massage is necessary to attend this workshop. Whether a beginner or a skilled singer, you will be able to progress at your own pace.
Price:
The workshop is residential. Accommodation and meals on site are essential.
– Workshop: 480 €
– Accommodation 5 nights from Sunday evening: 200 € in a caravan, 175 € in 2-bed rooms, 125 € in a 4-bed dormitory, 75 € in on-site camping.
– Meals from Sunday night to Friday lunch: 200 €.
