Workshop Description:
Workshop open to all, focusing on the fundamental elements of the Roy Hart Center approach.
Objectives:
– Develp the breath-body-voice link and your listening skills
– Connect to your bodily sensations through relaxation, letting go and balanced tonicity
– Expand your vocal palette: colors, resonance, registers…
– Travel with your voice and improvise, guided by your imagination and emotions.
– Sing with confidence and pleasure, taking your place in the group
Content:
– Body exercises, relaxation, massage, anchoring…
– Breathing exercises and vocal warm-up
– Vocal games, individual and group improvisations
– Exercises on space and movement
– Learning simple songs
Schedule:
Wednesday, Friday, Saturday and Sunday from 9.30am to 1pm and from 3pm to 5.30pm.
Thursday 7, same times in the morning but special times in the afternoon: 6.45pm-9.15pm.
Price:
– workshop: 330€
+ Lodging (105€ to 165€ according to the number of participant)
+ food prepared in autonomy
